Dcard now has a ✨follow✨ feature for nicknames!!!
After following a specific nickname, you can continue to keep track of the posts published by them.
Come and see how to use it!
📱Mobile App Version
- On the article page, you can click the "Follow" button to start following articles posted by this user. (If the user posts anonymously or under a department name, you won't be able to follow them.)
- Go to Settings page → "My following" → "Username" to check the usernames you are following.
- While browsing the user’s page, you can click the bell icon to enable notifications for new articles, so you won't miss any new posts!
💻 Web Version
While browsing the article page:
- Click on the "Follow" button at the top right corner of the article to start following the author of the article.
- By clicking on the author's username at the top of the article page, you can view all articles posted by this author.
- You can find the list of authors you are following by going to the "Following Usernames" section in the left sidebar of your personal page.
While browsing the username list:
- Click the "Following" button to unfollow, or click the bell icon to adjust the notification settings for the author's articles.
- Click on the author's username to go to their page, where you can see all articles published by this author.
- You can also click the bell icon at the top right corner to enable new article notifications, so you won't miss out on any new articles!
⚠️ Notes
After creating a nickname, the following feature will be automatically enabled.
If you have any concerns, it is recommended not to create a nickname, or use "Anonymous" or "School" identity when posting!
