📌 How to set up notifications

Open the Dcard App, go to the bottom menu "☰" → Settings → Notification Settings to start setting up notifications.

Notifications are divided into the following categories, which can be adjusted according to personal preferences:

• Posts and comments
• Personal page and Username
• Other notifications

📌 How to set up notifications from subscribed forums

Go to the forum you want to subscribe to then click on the bell icon 🔔 to set it up! 

• Enable new post notifications: You will be notified when there is a new post in the forum
• Enable personalized post notifications: You will be notified when there is a featured post in the forum
• Disable all post notifications: You will not receive any post notifications from the forum

1. Why am I not receiving notifications even though I have enabled the settings?
   If you have confirmed that the notification settings within the Dcard App are enabled, please check if the notification settings on your phone's system are correctly turned on.
   
   
2. Notifications received do not match the settings?
   

   If you find that the notifications you receive do not match the settings, please log in again to let the system correctly apply the settings.

   If the issue persists, please take a screenshot of the unexpected notification screen and provide it to the customer service team for assistance.
