Please contact customer service via email at email@example.com within seven days of receiving the item. Please include the order number, reason for return/exchange, and relevant product photos/unboxing videos. Our customer service team will assist you with the return/exchange process. Please also refer to the guidelines below.
To protect your rights, please inspect the item as soon as you receive it. If you find any discrepancies in style, color, quantity, or defects, please provide clear photos or unboxing videos of the received item and contact our customer service within 7 days. We will promptly arrange the return/exchange process for you.
In accordance with consumer protection regulations, we provides a 7-day cooling-off period. You can cancel the order and request a refund within this period. However, please note that the cooling-off period is not a trial period. Therefore, please ensure that the returned item is in its original condition as when it was delivered, including the packaging and all contents. Failure to do so may affect your right to a refund. If the item and packaging (including gifts) are damaged, scratched, missing parts, soiled, or lost due to your actions, we may charge you for refurbishment costs. If you choose not to bear the refurbishment costs or if the item does not meet the return requirements, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees and the reshipping fees of the original item.
After a partial exchange or refund request, if the total order amount does not meet the free shipping threshold at the time of purchase, the shipping fee for that shipment will be borne by the customer and automatically deducted from the refund amount.
The following situations are not applicable to the 7-day cooling-off period mentioned above, and GOODY will not be able to process your return/exchange request. Please pay special attention to the following: 1. If the item you ordered is a personal hygiene product, please keep it in a brand new condition. Once it is unpacked or used, it cannot be returned/exchanged. Note: Personal hygiene products include but are not limited to intimate clothing, underwear (including invisible bras, breast enhancers, breast pads, transparent shoulder straps, padded inserts/bra pads, petticoats), shapewear (including vests, shorts, leggings, waist clips, innerwear), swimwear, socks, and diapers. 2. If the item you ordered is a newspaper, magazine, or has a short shelf life, is perishable, or is about to expire, or if it is a customized product, you will not be entitled to the cooling-off period and cannot return the item. 3. If the item you ordered is an audiovisual product or computer software that cannot be returned to its original condition once opened, please do not open it until you are sure whether you want to return it. Once opened, you will not be entitled to the cooling-off period and cannot return the item. 4. If you have agreed to and completed the purchase of non-tangible digital content or online services that are provided without a physical medium, you will not be entitled to the cooling-off period and cannot return the item.
If you do not contact GOODY within 7 days of receiving the item, it will be deemed that you have acknowledged receipt of the item and you will not be able to apply for a return/exchange.
