Here is an explanation of Dcard's appeal mechanism 📖
According to the Dcard User Agreement,
if a member posts content on Dcard's service,
and there are concerns that it infringes on others' rights (such as intellectual property rights, reputation, goodwill, portrait rights, or privacy rights, etc.),
the affected party can submit an appeal to Dcard, requesting the removal of the infringing content. Once the appeal form is completed, it will be reviewed by the team.
After the team verifies the information, they will approve the appeal, remove the appealed content, and send an appeal notification email to the original poster.
