✉️Resetting the password by using Email
Click on "Log in with Email" → Click on "Forgot password?" → Enter the email address set for your Dcard account → Check the email inbox for the password reset email → Set a new password!
After setting it up, you can log in with the new password!
The operation mode of the dual platform is the same, and the following is the operation mode of the Android app:
⚠️ The above method is only applicable to the accounts that have set up the email addresses!
If the account is currently logged in, you can go to the settings page to confirm if the email address is set for the account.
If you haven't set up the email address, it is recommended to set up to use it for receiving password reset emails in the future.
📱Resetting the password by using phone number
Click on "Forgot password?" in the phone login field → Enter the name, birthday, and phone number registered for your account → Enter the received SMS verification code → Set a new password.

⚠️ Please note that the name and birthday information entered during the process must be exactly the same as the information registered for the account.
If the account is already logged in, you can click on "Midnight Draw Self-Introduction" to confirm the name and birthday registered for the account.

Please follow the process below to set up an email address before you reset the password via email.
If the account has not yet set a password, please go directly to "Settings→ "Manage account" → "Change Password" to create a password!
4. I don't remember the name or birthday set for my account. How can I reset my password using my phone number?
You can try logging into your account using other methods to view the registered information for the account.
