If you have subscribed to Dcard Premium but are unable to activate it, please follow the steps below.

Update and restart your phone

Go to the App Store / Google Play to update Dcard to the latest version
- If it's a Testflight version, remove it and download the latest version from the App Store
- Ensure your phone is updated to the latest version

Log out and log back into your Dcard account, then try the subscription process again

Check the actual transaction records on the App Store / Google Play on your phone to see if the payment went through:
- iOS users:
Go to "Settings" > Tap your Apple ID > "Media & Purchases" > "View Account" > "Purchase History". For details, see: Apple Purchase History Inquiry
- Android users:
Open Google Play Store → Tap the personal avatar in the upper right corner → "Payments & Subscriptions" > "Budget & History". For details, see: Google Pay Purchase History
- iOS users:
- It may be due to platform processing delays. Please wait 24 hours or restart the app to try refreshing.
