How do I renew the Dcard Premium Subscription?
Currently, all plans are auto-renewal.
- The renewal time depends on the plan you subscribed to, and the renewal date is usually the same date of the following month/year from the plan start date.
- If there is no corresponding date in the following month/year, it will be the last date of that month. Different platforms may have different calculation methods, please follow the display in the platform store.
- Note: The renewal cycle may vary slightly between platforms, so please refer to your app store’s information.
Example:
- Subscribed to a monthly plan on 2025/1/1, the renewal date will be the 1st of each month.
- Subscribed to a monthly plan on 2025/1/31, the renewal dates will be 2/28, 3/31, 4/30, 5/31... and so on.*
- Subscribed to a yearly plan on 2025/1/1, the renewal date will be 1/1 of the following year.
- Subscribed to a yearly plan on 2024/2/29, the renewal date will be 2025/2/28 of the following year.
*This example is calculated based on the iOS system, while Android will be 2/28, 3/28... and so on.
