According to the platform's policy, the original platform subscription cannot be transferred to the new platform.
Please first cancel the subscription on the original platform, wait for the original plan to expire, and then resubscribe on the new platform.
For example, if you want to switch from an iOS device to an Android device, you must fully use the subscription on iOS before purchasing on Android.
