How can I change my Dcard Premium subscription plan?

How do I change my plan?

  1. Open the app and tap the profile icon at the bottom right
  2. Tap ”Setting icon“ at the top of the page.
  3. Click Dcard Premium in the account section
  4. Subscribe to the plan you preferred.

Please note that plan changes can only be made on the same platform to avoid duplicate charges.

Web Version: Click the menu icon (downward triangle) at the top right of the webpage → "Settings" → "Subscription Management."

Effective Date and Billing Date for Plan Changes

For iOS users:

  • New plan start date: The new plan will begin after your current plan expires.

  • Billing date: You will be charged on the new plan’s start date.

Example:
If you subscribed to a monthly plan on 1/1 (set to expire on 2/1) and upgraded to the annual plan on 1/15, your new plan will start and be billed on 2/1 and expire on 2/1 the following year.

For Android users:

  • New plan start date: The new plan takes effect immediately.

  • Remaining time: Any unused time from your current plan will be automatically added.

  • Billing date: You will be charged immediately upon switching.

Example:
If you subscribed to a monthly plan on 1/1 (expires on 2/1) and upgraded to the annual plan on 1/15.
Your new plan starts and is billed on 1/15, and it will expire on 2/1 the following year, with your remaining monthly plan time automatically added.
Note: The above is for reference only. Please refer to the renewal billing date shown on the respective app store platforms for the actual charge date.*

*Android user might be charged GOOGLE *TEMPORARY HOLD

When you use a payment method through a Google service, you may find a charge on your account with the descriptor GOOGLE *TEMPORARY HOLD. This is a pending charge performed to verify that your card account is valid. When the transaction goes through, the hold will go away.
